All artworks displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Koby Towill. By purchasing a print, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Ownership Rights: The ownership and copyright of the artwork remain with Koby Towill. Artworks are solely for personal use and must not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

Limited Edition Prints: The sale of limited edition prints does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. Each print sold is part of a limited edition collection.

Usage and Reproduction: Reproducing, distributing, or using the artwork for commercial purposes without written consent from Koby Towill is strictly prohibited.

Exceptions: Consideration for licensing or usage rights beyond personal display may be granted for specific projects or collaborations. Please contact us directly for inquiries.

Protection of Rights: We retain the right to take legal action against any infringement or unauthorised use of our copyrighted artwork.

General Policies

Return and Refund Policy: We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases as our prints and frames are all custom made. We can only accept returns for items that are faulty from manufacturing defects or not the artwork ordered.

Payment Terms: We accept credit card and PayPal. Payment processing is secure for a safe transaction.

Artwork Details

Limited Edition Prints: Each artwork is part of a limited edition collection of 50 prints. No additional prints will be made once sold out.

Artwork Authenticity: Every print includes a Certificate of Authenticity verifying its originality and limited edition status.

Artwork Description: Detailed descriptions, encompassing dimensions, medium used, and unique aspects, are provided for each piece.

Print Details

Production Process: Orders undergo a meticulous process involving printing, hand-framing, and careful packaging. Koby Towill and Left Bank only use archival Epson Ultra Chrome Pro inks to produce the limited edition prints.

All limited edition prints are printed on SIHL TrueColor Matt Coated Paper 250gsm.

Framing Choices: Select from three materials available - raw oak, smooth black, and smooth white.

Additional Cost: Framing services incur an additional cost, clearly outlined during selection.

Framing Timeframe: Typically takes 4 weeks. Please consider this when selecting framing options.
