We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases as our prints and frames are all custom made.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
We can only accept returns for faulty or incorrect items.
Claims for faulty or incorrect items must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving the item.
Claims Contact: Forward Returns Claims to art@kobytowill.com with order number and client name.
All prints are meticulously packed and dispatched in excellent condition. However, after delivery to Australia Post or our Couriers, we cannot control any mishandling during transit. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or replacements for prints damaged after dispatch.
