Please ensure all address details are correct when the order is placed. If the delivery address is a business, provide the business name. We cannot be responsible for undeliverable items or incorrect delivery addresses.

Unframed limited edition prints are prepared for transit in a rigid art tube with an acid-free layer of tissue paper.

Framed prints are packaged in a custom-made rigid cardboard box to provide extra protection during transportation.

Parcel Delivery: Parcels >100cm cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.

Signature Requirement: All parcels require a signature on delivery. ‘Authority to leave’ negates liability for damage, loss, or theft.

Made-to-Order Basis: Artworks are made-to-order, taking an estimated 3-4 weeks for production.

Specific Date Requests: Specify delivery dates, noting that we cannot guarantee fulfillment.

Shipping Details: Dispatched via a courier network, delivery estimates range from 2-10 business days with tracking from Luscombe QLD 4207.

Please ensure your delivery address is not a PO BOX.

Shipping Costs and Methods

Shipping within Australia for domestic delivery is included at no cost for the months of January, February, and March 2024.

Print Shipping Costs: Shipping for prints is calculated by weight at checkout.

International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within domestic areas in Australia. We do not ship internationally. Inquiries for international freight can be sent to art@kobytowill.com for consideration.

Estimated Delivery Time

Unframed Prints have an approximate 2-week lead time from the date of order. Please allow additional time for delivery after dispatch.

Framed Prints have an approximate 4-week lead time from the date of order. Please allow additional time for delivery after dispatch.

Order Tracking and Confirmation

Tracking Information: Once shipped, receive an email notification containing the tracking number and freight provider details.

Missing Confirmation: If confirmation isn’t received, check spam/junk folders. If still not found, contact us at art@kobytowill.com.

Care and Handling

Print Framing Recommendation: It’s advised to professionally frame your print upon receipt and to keep prints unopened until framing.

Handling Instructions: Store the package in a safe, dry place, avoiding stacking anything on top to prevent damage to the paper and inks.
